Bryce Mentzer is a professional photographer who is deeply committed to the art of intentional storytelling. His mission is to capture the essence and beauty of humanity in each photo he creates. He firmly believes in the importance of getting it right the first time rather than relying on fixing it in post-production. This commitment to the craft of photography is a testament to his dedication and respect for the art form.

Utilizing 35mm and 120 film formats plays a vital role in how Bryce makes photographs. The art of composing a frame, making sure it is in focus and exposed correctly, adds to his meticulous, laid-back shooting style. He believes film has an imperfect tangibility; it is within those imperfections where the image's story reveals itself. He does not shoot film for every project but does when he feels it could elevate the client's vision.

He and his wife live in South Central, Pennsylvania, semi-enjoying all four seasons. His wife is his best friend, muse, and biggest supporter. She is his favorite photo subject, and she graciously allows him to take photos of her... sometimes.
